This is a very special and experimental coffee, sourced through our local importing partners at Cafe Imports.

The experiment: The 
Perla Negra Natural is a proprietary process created by the Chacóns who own and operate the Las Lajas Micromill. The coffee dries directly in the sun for 10 days, rotating constantly, and then is transferred to bags and left for 2–3 days before being moved to raised beds.
